The experience at Ryokan Kohro was incredible! The traditional tatami-floored room provided an authentic feel. The staff went above and beyond. during check-in, they greeted me with tea and a sweet treat, making me feel welcomed. I loved the public bath in the basement. it was clean and peaceful, often felt private. Breakfast each morning amazed me, beautifully presented and delicious, offering a chance to taste local flavors. However, the bed felt a bit hard, and the noise from the surroundings was sometimes noticeable, which could disrupt the tranquility. Overall, a unique cultural experience that I'm eager to repeat.
